you should be, either for your current job, to do a specific task, or for career development.
Your manager will fill in the "Needed Level" column on a separate copy while you fill in the "Current Level" column. A comparison of where you think you are versus where management sees the needs helps us tailor our training to better serve you and your organization.
The purpose of the evaluation is to identify areas for improvement or topics you might want to study, either in books or in training seminars.
This form also serves as a "before and after" evaluation of a learning experience.
The test consists of 2 parts, part 1 presents you with a set of typical business systems analysis activities whereas part 2 focuses on knowledge representation tools commonly used by business systems analysts.
