Scheduled Public Business Analysis Seminars

Public seminars offer an opportunity to evaluate a class for potential inclusion in your in-house training program. For smaller organizations, these seminars provide access to world-class instruction that would be too expensive in-house. Our public classes sizes range from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 16 participants to enhance the learning experience.

For those who don't have time for formal training seminars, we also offer e-Mentoring, an Internet-based solution for small groups or remote locations. E-Mentoring makes our world-class skill-building training seminars available anywhere, anytime.

If you are interested in a seminar that is not currently scheduled in your area and don't have enough people to bring a class in-house, contact us.
Perhaps other organizations in your area are interested in the same topics as you are and we can put together a multi-company offering at a significant savings for everyone involved.

Cancellation Policy

All public seminars will be offered at hotels or resorts in close proximity to the listed city, generally in the vicinity of the airport for better flight connections. Our offers include a continental breakfast and lunch for all participants at the training site. Specific dietary considerations can be made with sufficient advance notice. To maintain our pricing structure, we reserve the right to delay selection of a venue pending sufficient enrollment.
You can cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the class starts. After that, you will be charged the full fee. You can apply this payment toward any future offering of the same class, send a substitute to the scheduled class, or apply the payment to a different offering from us within 1 year of the cancellation. If we exercise our right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, all participants will receive a full refund.

Hathaway & Associates, Inc. will not process payments for public classes prior to 30 days before begin of the session. At that time, we will make a final decision on the disposition of the training. If we have sufficient enrolled participants, we will select the venue, send confirmations, invoices and process credit card payments. In the event that we do not have sufficient enrollment to finance the class, we will cancel the session and offer all registered participants alternative arrangements.
